Confused

Ok Guys, I've been reading the manual, and the whole context / grob / engravers / properties things have me confused. I can handle basic tasks, and actually, got the hang of editing more complex parts, but I can't seem to understand how to tune up things. So I've been tryng to comprehend it lilypo

I'm just wondering, Are you using tetex, and is it configured to output PS higher than 300dpi??? That could be an explanation as to why the notes output dotty. . . . You can change this configuration using the texconfig utility. . . .(if you are running under *nix enviroments. . . . ) __
