That looks very good, Lukas. And thank for coming up with the idea of
integrating arabic scale degree numbers in lilypond, Urs. I’ll join the lobby
team if you want :).
For the usage of the numbers I just have two remarks, that might be far from
what is currently discussed.

Thanks for this hint. I’m trying to install 2.20 on macOS Catalina (10.15.3)
and get a segmentation fault.
I get this also with the version 2.19.84 mentioned below which might be
pointing to a problem on my machine. Does anyone have suggestions what I can
try?

I installed the new Darwin binary of version 2.20 on a new machine running
