By default the log hides the full path names but makes the filenames
clickable. But maybe this fails on your system.
Otherwise, LilyPond is probably sending the messages to a log file
instead of its standard output.

Replying to self: Frescobaldi
move to the end of the inserted position. This is
Qt4 behaviour, even when you delete a region and then undo it, the
point and click positions are lost.
But simply recompiling (even without changing a note) updates the PDF
and that triggers a re-load of the point and click positions.

What I'm looking for is a way to really concatenate the syllabes if LilyPond
decides to remove the hyphen, including kerning, like \concat does.
Does anybody have a hint for a strategy to solve this?
