I'm trying to typeset notes with "alternative" names (i.e. not c, d, e
etc, but i, o, e, u, a -- as is customary in Balinese Gamelan).
Now there are nice examples of how to do that, e.g. in espano

minor chord with added second. I can't get the proper chord name in
