'Slanted' fractions

I'm trying to do some guitar barring, which involves using the fraction 1/2. The markup /fraction gives me a fraction with one number vertically above the other. I'd quite like it so that the 1 is in the top left, the 2 in the bottom right, with a diagonal line inbetween.   Is this possible
