Debian Sid packages of Lilypond 2.0.0 are available from my website:

They're also apt-gettable adding the following line to sources.list:
deb http://www.pedrokroeger.net/lilypond/ ./
deb-src http://www.pedrokroeger.net/lilypond/ ./
And running the commands
