I have a file, which would not compile thou the end, but only until a certain point.
It crashes during the LaTeX portion:

To find out which texmf.cnf file is actually used, run

The variables to increase are extra_mem_top, extra_mem_bot
and pool_size. Actually, the ly2dvi script sets these variables
as environment variables which overrides the settings in the
texmf.cnf file, so as long as you use

Well, sorry, it depends on the setting for extra-mem-top, but none of
the other settings.

I manage to compile your file. (however, I can't get the whole score
in a a3 page: it is not centered). The resulting ps file can be seen there :

you have to specify the offset manually:
dvips -t A3 -O4.5cm,6.2cm -o ClaOpII.ps ClaOpII.dvi
