For my book that contains 20+ pieces what would be a handy way to make a Table of Contents if each of the pages of this book contains nothing but an include Lilypond file? Header info is in the included file which is handy for me. I have simply this: \lilypondfile[indent=1.5\cm]{piece_01.ly}
