Hi!
How can I convert a *.ly file into a MIDI file to listen to what I just wrote?
Unfortunately the MIDI file is not automatically generated when I parse the *.ly
file into PDF. I use the Windows distribution, btw.

My memory is a little unclear if the spaces in "4 =
60" are necessary or not.

This depends on which version you use. In the 2.10.x series, you should NOT
include a tempo indication in the midi block, since the midi tempo is
now tak
OK, that explains my POV...still using an older version (2.6.5)
