v2.2.0 is in the Cygwin distribution.

Great. You'll need to build 2.3 for CVS, then. Check out mknetrel,
and the cygwin archives for build issues.

Version 2.2.0-1 is the default available at the Cygwin mirrors,
isn't that recent enough? Just rerun setup.exe.

Does anyone have a fairly recent build for cygwin? I'm using something
horribly old and it doesn't work with a lot of the ly files I've received
(such as the marching band score that Peter posted). If so, where can I get
it? I'm not really feeling upto getting the build environment going right
