Q.
my windows10 being re-installed, I re-instlaled the lilypond 2.22.2-1
for windows.
Then, I run lilypond for modified previous doing-well 00.ly files, and it goes

Sure. Lilypond will find the previous installation, and stop
re-installing, unless I uninstall the old one.

Clearly if that is a complete W10 reinstall then lilypond must also be
pristine. Can you share the lilypond file? Reinstalling lilypond
repeatedly won't achieve anything different.

This is not something to do with Unicode characters in filenames, is it?
Or has that been fixed since I last heavily used lilypond?
Since I see Simplified Chinese in the email, is this a Chinese localised
version of Windows 10? There may well be issues relating to that.

experiment 2:
If I mask all the UTF-8 characters in all .ly files : 00.ly & B.ly,
then it goes well, output pdf produced as expected.
