I would definitely keep them. They each eat up to 400 mosquitos an hour. If you do have them removed please do so humanely. They are endangered. Especially if you are removing a nursing mother. (Nursing mother bats can eat FOURTEEN hundred mosquitoes an hour) These guys are very humane:
