An invitation

This may be the last week you can come to the center of Lincoln and see the
MOON close up.
Hanging out in the commercially zoned district(maybe mixed use?) on the walls
of CLARK Gallery, the paintings of New York artist Nikolina Kovalenko bring the
phases of the silent and shy moon close up to your view.
Bring your kids, your own yearning for the moon, those interested in deep
space, down into the ocean and up to the outer space around our planet. Spend
a few moments with our moon that is protected by the Outer Space Treaty of
1976, more or less an area of no population density and no current development
plans or needs. Transportation is rare and expensive hence the fun and
privilege of these views, coming through the artistic eye and hand of Nikolina.
On your walk today, enjoy an unusual moment in the center of Lincoln, which
currently provides us with a lot!
Thank you.

Please excuse mistakes, typing without glasses… but I COULD run over to
Something Special to fix that, couldn’t I? Another cherished location.
