It is our first year anniversary at The NEST YOGA, and we have a final gift for
the Lincoln community !
This week, we’ll be offering a FREE Adaptive Yoga Class to all new AND
returning students. This Wednesday, September 13,  9:30am-10:30am.
What is Adaptive Yoga ?Adaptive Yoga is designed specifically for yoga students
who have a limitation that would discourage them from attending a standard yoga
class. That style of yoga tailors the instruction and practice of yoga to an
individual’s needs in a safe, comfortable, practical manner. It incorporates
gentle physical movements, and stretches with a focus on mindfulness and
breathing. It also uses props like blankets, straps, yoga blocks and chairs to
make the poses accessible to every body. Adaptive Yoga is one of the best forms
of exercise for older adults. It is also suitable for individuals who have low
back pain; hip, knee, and rheumatoid arthritis; Parkinson's disease, Multiple
Sclerosis, and for individuals who had a stroke or a spinal cord injury.

Enjoy this yoga class in our lovely studio (@28 Tabor Hill road), or
Livestream, from the comfort of your home.

Feeling curious to experience something different ? Email us back to book your
mat!
Looking forward to seeing you on the mat,Muriel
