That is an excellent summary…I perhaps unwisely jumped into that Twitter thread
& was scolded for apparently “not wanting more neighbors” … I just wasn’t sure
why a transportation expert seemed to be advocating for greater population
density & repurposing conservation lands…

*Towns within commuting distance of Boston -- already served by railway--
should have more housing near the train station to accommodate
public transport
