Hello LincolnTalk, Please join a free public workshop on *Monday 9/18 7:00-8:15pm* at the Lincoln Public Library: "*How & Why to Talk to Young Kids About Race*," offered by Story Starters (register here <https://www.eventbrite.com/e/how-why-to-talk-to-young-kids-about-race-tickets-685859132127>). Designed for caregivers and educators, this workshop will explain the research about how racial bias develops in children from a young age, and provide evidence-based strategies adults can use to disrupt that bias and develop children's anti-racist values.
