Dear Lincoln Community, At our Select Board meeting on Monday evening (December 12th), we had the opportunity to discuss and reflect on the November 30th Special Town Meeting. We recognize that some of the meeting's logistics extended the evening and made it difficult for some of you to stay until the end. We are already planning for the March town meeting, will make sure to streamline the process as much as possible, and will remain in communication with you in the coming months. Most importantly, we thank the hundreds of Lincoln voters who filled the Donaldson Auditorium, Todd Lecture Hall, and Reed Gym. We appreciate that you came to listen, ask questions, discuss, and ultimately approve the proposal to fund further work on developing a range of Community Center concepts. You helped shape the language of the proposal and forge a path to a successful vote! Thank you for being part of the fabric of our community.
