Lindentree Farm in Lincoln MA is looking for farm help for the 2022 growing season. After 30 years as a large CSA farm we are downsizing. We are an organic vegetable, berry, and flower operation and we want to hire a friendly, mature individual who has experience working on a commercial scale farm and is able to do all aspects of vegetable production including; greenhouse seeding, field growing a variety of crops, and harvest. Tractor experience is essential and there is an opportunity to learn additional tractor skills. I’m looking for someone who can help run the farm with direction from the farmer-owners.
