the stage and the menubar-stage position on PC

How to avoid In a projector PC ,the menubar dont cover first 30 pixels of the stage as in mac projectors? I have a stage of 800x600 were the menu cover this 30 pixel but in pc,he stage dont start at 0.0 of the monitor.. ..how to avoid this? Tnx [To remove yourself from this list, or to change
