Hi Andrew,
You are propably using Internet Explorer to test your pages,
since in Netscape Navigator your script should work just
fine. In IE externalEvent only triggers VBScript. That is,
you must either write your code
on *most* all browsers (even Mozilla's
FireBird).
You will still run into popup window blockers, ;(
