Hi The answer is very simple, a jpg is 32 bit (I believe) and is compressed. Director has to decompress the image in order to display it. So while the compressed file size is 32 k, the image info uncompressed is giving you the 1.2MB file size. Basically if you want to think of it somewhat mathema

Hi George Make sure that your filenames are accurate and the directory structure is properly intact. Also make sure that any change in file extensions have been updated appropriately in your shocked file. Does it run locally? Does it run fine from a server over a high bandwidth connection? Sean

Hi Vlado Your problem lies in that Director does _not_ embed digital video into the projector. Instead it uses it as linked media. You will always need to ship the .avi externally. If your animation is small, however, you could try making a .swf out of it and them embedding it into Director.
