Hm, I don't know how you are writing the files but you can always rename the file using BuddyAPI's RenameFile command. HTH Jorge -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Nigel Cowley Sent: Thursday, August 16, 2001 3:54 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] S

2001-08-01 Thread Jorge Peña
Hi Iain. I'm really a beginner at 3D stuff but if I remember correctly you have to activate the viewport you want to display as default on max and export with that viewport active. Not sure if this is what you mean though. HTH Jorge -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EM

RE: Finding If a _huge_ float is divisible by a number

2001-07-17 Thread Jorge Peña
I guess Cole didn't *mean* to say float, since he is talking of a number larger than maxinteger... but if the number is a float then if it has anything right of the decimal point that is *not* a zero or the last digit before the decimal point is an odd number then it is not divisible by 2. HTH J

RE: Writing text around a curve - is it possible?

2001-07-12 Thread Jorge Peña
The only way I can think of doing this is to actually have a text/field member for each character... You would specify the radius from the inside of the CD and then align the individual characters with their respective location/rotation and offset. -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTE

RE: send files through multiUserServer, repost

2001-07-09 Thread Jorge Peña
Hi Martijn. I've been trying to do this for a long time with no success... I've come up with an idea to upload the file to an ftp via an Xtra and then send an instruction to the other party to download the file... The problem with this is that it is not a peer-to-peer connection so it takes longer

MIAWs do not work in shockwave... I guess your best bet is to use LDMs. I suggest you search the archives since this has been discussed previously. -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of BD fortin Sent: Sunday, July 08, 2001 2:13 PM To: [EMAIL PR

(BSOD). That is simply something that the user should be aware of in my opinion. If your software was the only one doing that then that would be a problem but it is more of a structural problem IMO. Cheers. Jorge Peña Möbius Multimedia -Original Message- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[
