I have long excel file to import into v12 database. I have 8 fields, but the
problem is that one of them is a product description and contains lots of
line feeds within excel cell. When I export excel file in text tab delimited
format I can import file in v12, but description field does not contain line
feeds and I got field without new lines. How can I solve this problem?
I can repare database with v12Tool and press Enter whenever I need new line
within a description field but this is pain_in_a_but.
Is there any other way to import fields with line feeds from excel?

In the same project I have long product description, about 3 pages each
product. Problem is managing styled text? I created v12 database with rtf
file names and I am importing them in runtime into text member. I have all
formatings from Word rtf file, but I can not search such text. How you
solved this problem? I wanted to make as easy as posible for customer to
change text, and because of that I wanted to have main product description
as external RTF file. My idea was to create small program for adding new
records where user can just add product name and few things in a new record,
and just put external rtf file in text folder. This model working well,
except I don't have search capabilities.
Do you have some expirience with long styled text?
