say, a region in the SCORE)???

Are you talking about a frame script? If so, click on the script in
the score and option drag (Mac) (or Alt?? drag on a PC) to the

In the frame script channel? This works on D7 earlier - dunno about D8.
Drop your behavior in the first frame you want it to start.
Select the frame script.
Shift-Select the last
