I would like to known if there is an upgraded premium version of linephone
or not? Is a push notification integrated on the free version?

Yes, notification service is available in free version.
There is a possibility I think to have your version customized by
contributing to the project but I cannot tell for sure.

Linphone by default works with push notifications only for Linphone Free
SIP service accounts (sip.linphone.org and sip.linhome.org).
Accounts creation on this service is free as is free beer.

However I do not want enable video calling or graphical utility of
linphone. I want to configure CLI utility of linphone to auto answer the
Sip calls.
