I am assuming that you booted from the USB stick.
You are looking for a text file named *.desktop possibly located in
/usr/share/kde4/templates/.source or
$HOME/Desktop
The .desktop file would contain the name of the instal

Hi Sean,
sudo is apparently one of the things you need to add to the image, at least on
the Live part.
Workaround:

(enter password for OCLUG user.)
$ yast

I decided to take a bit of time to look into the problem. Indeed, I made a
mistake while making your image and left out a couple packages.
Not to worry though! You can install using CLI by using Yast.
sudo yast
Go down to Miscellaneous
Select Live Installer
