As Shawn pointed out there are some scrapers available - the first one
I found was incomplete. I have not yet had time to sit down and
decipher any of the others.
If anyone gets a chance to play please report back.

I went looking for an API for Kijiji.Kijiji is part of Ebay's group of
companies, and there may be an API in eBay's system.
Also, there is a screen scraper for Kijiji in
NPM.https://www.npmjs.com/package/kijiji-scraper
