Keep in mind that any other ISP will still be using Bell's lines for DSL so you
probably won't see much of a performance increase, although pricing and service
will probably be better.

There are several error handling settings in the php.ini configuration file. It
sounds like you have 'display_errors' set to off, and possibly
'error_reporting' may need to be tweaked as well. Errors can also be set up to
be logged to a file.
