Carlos is partly right. All you really need to do is tell a little white
lie to Samba. Add an "interfaces" parameter to your smb.conf file similar
to this:

Is the server up on the remote end of "npf0010"?
Have you checked out the printer itself? That's what is refusing the
connection. Can you print to other printers?
