LeMarr, Take a look at the Distributions Redbook. There's an entire chapter on setting up LVM (Logical Volume Manager). Another way to go would be linear RAID, or RAID0, but that's not nearly as flexible as LVM. In this particular instance, you could also have some of your DASD defined as 3390-
