If you have the vdisks in the CP directory entry, you have to use the REUSE
option.
If you do not have the vdisks in
No - you must IPL CMS and issue it .. usually in the PROFILE EXEC .. and
then IPL the right Linux disk.

SWAPGEN isn't a CP command, it's a REXX EXEC.
