If you are on TCPMAINT, run NETSTAT DEV, it will show you the interfaces TCPIP is using. Try a NETSTAT HOME and NETSTAT GATE too, is possible that the IP addresses of DNS and gateway are incorrect. If you are on MAINT, run VMLINK TCPMAINT 592 before that commands. Mauro http://mauro.limeiratem

Maybe not related to your problem, but I would get rid of that "cio_ignore=all,!0.0.0009" if you are running under zVM. It will bring you lots of frustration when, after the system is installed, you cannot put another DASD online because you forgot that the cio_ignore is ignoring the new DASD you j
