What's in your PATH variable? On my system, /home//sqllib/adm/db2start is the location of that command. You'll need to know the name of the db2instance, mine is (most unimaginatively) "db2inst1". Your mileage may vary. Look for it and make the proper substitution. I think you'll need to make PAT
