I've been having problems building a cross compiler for a s390x-suse-linux
system running SLES8 from a i686-redhat-linux system running Redhat 7.1
I made ones for SLES7 and SLES8 on the s390 that work just fine. I'm assuming
it's some 64bit/biarch issue.
binutils builds just fine. I've tried gett
es after an hour or so.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Does anyone know if there are
any known bugs in the DASD driver code that could cause something like this?
Thanks in advance

.org 2.4.7 kernel on a PC. I haven't
tried it with this specific kernel on a PC though... That would give me a clue
if it's in the architecture dependent code or not. Good Idea.
Thanks.
