Can you recommend some good basic procedures for a non-bootable
systems? I remember IPL'ing from the card reader in a class, (

arbitrary, I just chose it for consistency.) You'll have a number of files
duplicated, but they aren't very big.

I'm running RedHat 7.2 on an MP3000 - I've recently upgraded the kernel
and made a typo when editing zipl.conf - I've got an equals sign missing
in my root parameter
root/dev/dasda1 instead of root=/dev/dasda
The kernel panics on boot - back on a x86 or other machine I'd just use
lilo or grub to p
