I am getting error in compiling "ibm.c" in ebdic.h function
"codepage_convert" when I try to rebuild the kernel.

I would not recommend building kernel 2.4.7 with gcc 3.2, because
the kernel is rather sensitive w.r.t. compiler version, and there are
