AFAIK, the IBM Java SDK is the only one that has a JIT that targets the z instruction set. Its the same dynamic compilation technology that is used by the z/OS Java SDK. (it compiles byte codes into native / optimized machine instructions at run time) If you poke around the OpenJDK docs, you'l
