It's available, but I don't think it is installed by default. You need
to install the rserver and rserver-client packages (I think that's what
they're called).

For some reason I can not find any reference to rexecd or a stanza for it
under /etc/xinetd.d. I am not sure if SuSE has killed it for security
reasons.
