I have bumped down the GTK+ dependency in the GtkBuilder file to 2.12.
I have also modified the gtkbuilder UI file to show the arps as a 2x2 grid,
rather than a 1x4 grid.
Please see if this addresses some of the issues.

There are still some messages when I launch arpage, thus I atached the
configure and make outputs, maybe they are useful (I didn't read them),
the messages I get when I run arpage are also atached.
What I don't like is, that at 1152x864 the

starting to get usable, and I'm running out of excuses not to let others try
it out.
Basic features/requirements:
- svn / tarball only now
- gtkmm-based, so dev packages for gtkmm and friends are needed to build

Now for the less tasty part, the GUI doesnt fit on my screen. (15.4 laptop
running 1280x800).

Built without hitch on 64bit Debian testing. I used it sitting between
seq24 and yoshimi/zynaddsubfx. Definitely will be using this.
