attached patch includes MEMSET fixlet from yesterday.
it adds err subtracts pthread_* calls from
aubio_midi_direct_output().
those did block here.
and aren't anyhow needed in aubio_midi_direct_output(),
i think.

qjackLaM is a Latency Meter for jack.
There are 2 JackClients now: 1 only outputs, the other only reveives.
This should cause 0 impact on Jacks graphordering concerning the other clients.
Also new: qjacklam measures ALL possible ways by itself and displays the

on my pIII laptop this gives 20% less cpu usage.
