The person to ask would be Fernando from CCRMA, I have an RH9 lowlat
machine, and I haven't noticed any problems, but I cant run that machine
at very low latencies anyway due to soundcard suckiness.
I think I would have noticed if SCHED_FIFO was just ignored.
