Hello,
is there a timeline for snapshot-removal ?
i did intensively play with btrfs about a year ago and was really impressed,
but i quit due to the lack of snapshot removal.
(i tried btrfs mostly because of the snapshot feature)
has there been some progress on this or is there a timeline

This is distinct from the old mass-symlinking warnings. I run a program
which promised to hardlink all the same-content files on the partition.
The failure occured reasonably quickly...

There are still some warnings of the form:
format '%llu' expects type 'long long unsigned int' but argument has type 'u64'
In conjunction with -Werror, this is causing some build failures.
Now they're properly casted, avoiding compiler warnings.

You probably should have CC'ed the btrfs mailing list
(I already did in this mail)
