While I was trying to work around this issue, I found that it rarely
triggers during the whole process. If I resume the process
which fails as
soon as it can't write out it's done.txt file and see if it stops at
the same files.

like it just doesn't like a few particular files it needs to tag. As I
can currently live with this state, I have no intention to dive deeper
