To change the timeout for Luci:
Modify the /var/lib/luci/Extensions/conga_constants.py file
Near the bottom of the file:
INACTIVITY_TIMEOUT_SEC =
Delete conga_constants.pyc and conga_constants.pyo
or you can just regenerate the byte-code.
