I wanted to post the fix that we found for this issue.
The problem was that RHEL 5.x (3, and 4 too) uses IGMPv3 by default and our
network is only using IGMPv2. The server would send out an IGMPv3 packet
that was ignored by the network and would not actually get to join any

Hi,
I'm running Cluster 2 on RHEL 5.2 (I saw this behavior on 5.1 and updated
just yesterday to see if it fixed it, but no luck) and I'm seeing issues
when I reboot a node. I tried increasing the post_join_delay to 60 and the
totem token to 25000, but nothing seems to be working.
