Hello Hartmut,
Ok. So you say the card is working for you now?
Again, my initial post was because I thought that others had problems
(see January, Trevor Glen, same subject line), which I did run into
(intermediately) while trying to get my card going. So I threw in a few
ideas of my own.

Hi,
depend on the exact design of the tuner, 170MHz may be part of the
Low-Band. You can try to change the border frequency for the low band in
philips_cu1216_tuner_set_params() in budeget-av.c. Currently, the border
is 150MHz.

Hi
I have bought new Terratec Cinergy 1200 DVB-C PCI card. After
successfully patched the driver (new chip on this card wasn't supported
yet) everything seemed working fine. But when I tried to tune channels,
I noticed that it can't find any channels from 170MHz band (SR=6875k,
QAM128). This
I'm having some problems getting two Nova-T 500 working in a single
system. Either one of the cards works fine by itself, but as soon as I
have a second card it hangs the kernel when its detecting the second
card (will try and get the console logger working to get some more debug
from this). I'

hi,
Yesterday I bought Lifeview Hybrid PCI(Analog TV, DVB-T and radio FM).
The problem with this card is that I cannot tune to dvb-t channels.
I run 2.6.20.3 and used latest mercurial snapshot for v4l.

Hello,
Has there been any progress on support for Afatech 9015 based USB 2.0
sticks? Once again, I'm happy to lend a hand if I can...
Cheers,
