I'm not familiar enough with the hardware and I don't know if this will help
but this is the same thing I was seeing when I was getting the dvico dual

Hi dvb list,
I'm in need of another dual tuner card and am currently debating between
getting another DD4 or getting one of the newer PCIe cards. Can anyone confirm
that the PCIe Dual Express works with linux (negative responses also helpful)?
I would ideally prefer to go the PCIe path but given

Can you confirm you need the extra 125kHz offset from the centre

Hi Daniel,
Just a follow up to our previous discussions which I'm CC'ing to the list as I
think it'll be of use to others. You were right in that my original small
firmware file seemed to hang the usb bus with the experimental branch - not
really a good thing since it required a power down reset
Hi Everyone,
Attached is both a firmware file (identical as previously sent for those who
already have it), plus a patch (against the master branch+Mikes bluebird patch)
which will hopefully resolve the problems for Australian Dual Digital 4 users.
The firmware file sends tuning parameters specif

Just an update for the list.
It appears a simple firmware fix isn't quite enough to resolve the tuning
problems in Australia. I'm working with a couple of people to firstly confirm
my working copy of the tree works elsewhere in Australia and, if so, secondly
to try and nail down which modificati
Hi all,
Does anyone have any ideas on how the remote control interfaces with this
board? I'd like to get a driver going but can't see much from the USB snoop
logs other than demodulator, tuner and transport stream data. Does the remote
even go through the USB port? Any pointers appreciated. Is
Finally some promising news for Australian Dual Digital 4 users.
Many, many hours later it turns out to be fairly simple and I don't think we
need to touch anything other than the tuner but I'm sticking with my hacked
code which spews out register values galore until it's confirmed. It would

I may have jumped the gun as looking through the logs again it looks likes it's
enabled again l
Hi all,
A brief update. Firstly I've confirmed my newly created firmware file (pulled
from usbsnoop logs) being sent to the xc3028 is identical to windows.
Secondly, apart from a gate register being written, the ZL10353 should be
consistent as well. Thirdly when I force the tuning data being se
Hi all,
For those interested I live in Australia (Hobart) and I've been working on
getting the driver for this card going here. I figure the more people working
on it the more likely we are to get something going using random luck.
Unfortunately I still can't get it to tune. So far I've noticed
