Hello folks,
I've got problems in making a kernel for fai-nfsroot.
Neither CONFIG_IP_PNP_ENABLE nor CONFIG_ROOT_NFS could
be set to "y", the configure in make-kpkg stamped it
out.
I don't know what's wrong, I went back to kernel 2.2.19.
Greetings
Albrecht.

Hi Folks,
it seems me, that I have found the fault.
In the script /usr/lib/debootstrap/scripts/woody at line 89
I negated the test of "$USE_BOOTFLOPPIES_INTERACTION" and it seems
to work.
Please test and correct the debian package if this was the fault.
Thank you very much!

Hallo Chad,
Thank you very much for your tips, I learned this weekend something
about debian, apt-get, debootstrap, debian-mirror and so on.
I spent some time in test

Hi Justin,
I had the same Problem.

Dear folks,
I made today the experience that debootstrap 0.1.16.1 crashes
when it wants to install exim.
Exim complains about "Cannot open main log file "/var/log/exim/mainlog":
no such file or directory: euid=8, egid=8"
exim is never mentionend in fai.conf and I don't know how to circumvent

Hi Folks,
I managed to install ext3fs with fai (woody).
The only things to change were to generate a kernel with
ext3-support (2.4.17) for the target machine, set an extra
step with 'tune2fs -j' in setup_harddisks after mke2fs
(of course, make-fai-nfsroot),
create a script EXT3 which changes th
