trouble running fai-cd (fai 3.1.1 etch)

Hi, i grabbed the fai cd (FAI 3.1.1, etch) and installed a faiserver with it. I have added some configs and now i want to create a new install-cd with fai-cd, but i get this error: ERROR: mkinitrd-cd not found. Please install package. But mkinitrd-cd is not available in etch. Is fai-cd broke

waiting for background tasks to finish

Hello, i am using the fai-cd feature to install two machines (webserver and db-backend). The db install runs smoothly, but after the installation of the webserver i have to wait aprox 10 minutes for background tasks to finish. Is there a way to identify these background tasks ? thomas
