Seems 'virtual' doesn't helps. I tried it with this disk_config:
-
disk_config /dev/vda fstabkey:uuid virtual
primary /boot 100% ext3defaults
disk_config /dev/vdb fstabkey:uuid virtual
primary / 100% ext3
